The principle

Dynamic Feeding is a unique way of calculating concentrates. To do this, an arithmetical model studies the concentrate intake and milk yield of the cow on a daily basis. By looking at how the cow reacts to concentrates as regards milk yield, the individual concentrate efficiency of the cow is determined. Using this efficiency figure, the model can calculate an optimum feed balance with matching advice on concentrates for the cow concerned, based on the feed price and the milk price.
