Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Employee you provide a high-quality service to our customers in the pig sector. You help them with questions about how our software works. You are also responsible for adequate administration of all questions, wishes and problems. You are results-oriented and strong in communication and you can therefore engage in any conversation!

The starting point for your actions is thinking along in solutions for our customers. You are our eyes and ears in the field and you know exactly what could be improved. By properly analyzing you are able to recognize the question, wish or problem of the customer and you know how to respond to this in a service-oriented way.

Our team

The Customer Service team consists of 40 people spread across different teams in several countries and handles all customer questions about our software products and their use. These questions are often offered and answered by telephone, in writing and by e-mail. We are gradually moving to more online processing, such as whatsapp and live chat. In addition, you give customers instruction on how the remote software works by looking at the customer's computer.

  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector in pig farming
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Communicative, social and commercial skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented thinking
  • Professional, enthusiastic, flexible
  • Command of the English and German language is an advantage
  • Technical affinity
  • No 9 to 5 mentality
