The general terms and conditions of AgroVision BV were amended and filed with the Chamber of Commerce on January 1, 2011. For the use of data we refer you to part D of these general terms and conditions being “General terms and conditions Privacy and use of data (banks)”.

The general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, confirmations and other legal relationships concluded by AgroVision, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
