Mobile Devices

Android

For versions of Android 10 or higher we guarantee that the app works well, but the app is installable from version 7. However, with an older version than 10, we can not guarantee that the app will work perfectly. We recommend using a device from the 4 most famous brands: Samsung, Huawei, HTC, LG and with a medium quality device. Low budget devices have a weaker battery and performance so the app can not work as well.

iOS

We support the 3 latest versions of iOS: 15, 16 and 17.

Browser support

We support the latest version of the following browsers:

• Microsoft Edge
• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari (for Mac operating system)

Windows

We support the following Windows versions:

• Windows 8
• Windows 10

It is expected that the latest security updates are installed.

Computer system requirements

If you follow these guidelines, your system will meet AgroVision’s minimum usage requirements.

• Minimum Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon with 1.5 ghz clock speed or higher
• At least 512 Mb memory or more
• At least 500 Mb free disk space
• Internet connection (ADSL/cable/wideband)
• All screens must operate at a screen resolution of 1280×1024

Connecting the computer to process computer

Is the computer connected to a process computer such as a feed computer, milking robot or ventilation system:

• Also ask your supplier of the process link whether it is suitable for Windows Vista or higher.
• Your computer must have at least 1 comport (serial port) i.v. the connection of your process computer.
• Process computers that connect via a plug-in card can not (usually) run on Windows Vista, 7 or 8.
