As an Operational Area Manager you are the first point of contact for our customers in the Finnish market. You help them with questions related to products in the market and you are the eye-level sparring partner who helps our customer to get the maximum value out or our products. You provide customers with instructions about how the software works.
The starting point for your actions is thinking along in solutions for our customers. You are our eyes and ears in the field, and you know exactly what can be improved. By analyzing well, you are able to recognize the customer’s question, wish or problem and you know how to respond to this in a service-oriented way. You are responsible for an adequate administration of all questions, wishes and problems. Approx. 80% of your capacity will be spend on helpdesk and self-service related tasks, i.e., maintain the self-service portal, customer journeys, e-learnings, and onboarding customers.
You are the operational link to the local agribusiness, large customers accounts and member of our international support team. You also have a link to our Innovations department when our software is updated for the specific market you are working in. As operational area manager you will support the local sales area manager in commercial approaches, e.g. in-depth presentations, exhibitions or fairs and assist our marketing specialist in specific market campaigns. Sometimes you will have the role of project manager role in business cases requested by Sales.
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector, mainly feed and also pig farming.

Where would you come for work?
With us! We are a group of more than 40 colleagues divided over several countries and working in 6 teams. Together we are doing the customer service on our software products for the agricultural market. We support farmers by automating their working environment, ensuring their data exchange runs smoothly and providing them with smart devices and accurate reports to ensure optimum operations in their businesses. This mainly concerns dairy farmers, pig farmers and arable farmers (crops) and large agribusinesses and feed companies.
